By using Gist, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

What Gist Does

Gist calculates an estimated biological age based on health metrics from Apple HealthKit. This is for informational and entertainment purposes only.

Not Medical Advice

Gist is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.

The biological age calculation is based on general health research and optimal ranges. It is not a diagnosis, treatment recommendation, or substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for health decisions.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Gist on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Redistribute or sublicense the app

Disclaimer of Warranties

Gist is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of biological age calculations or that the app will meet your specific requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Gist, including any health decisions made based on app information.

Third-Party Terms

Your use of Gist is also subject to Apple's Terms of Service. Apple is not responsible for Gist or its content. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms and may enforce them against you.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
