Agreement

By using Gist, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

What Gist does

Gist estimates a biological age from health metrics in Apple HealthKit. It is for information and entertainment only.

Not medical advice

Gist is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.

The number comes from general health research and a set of optimal ranges. It is not a diagnosis, a treatment recommendation, or a substitute for a doctor. Talk to one before making health decisions.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Gist on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Redistribute or sublicense the app

No warranty

Gist is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the biological age calculation is accurate or that the app fits your particular needs.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Gist, including any health decisions made based on app information.

Trial and purchase

The free 3-day trial starts when you finish setup. After that, using Gist requires a one-time lifetime purchase. There is no subscription and nothing renews. Apple processes the purchase under its App Store terms and handles refunds. You can restore the purchase on any device signed in to the same Apple Account.

Apple's terms

Your use of Gist is also subject to Apple's Terms of Service. Apple is not responsible for Gist or its content. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms and may enforce them against you.

Changes

We may update these terms. If you keep using Gist after a change, you accept the new terms.
