Sync data between Withings and Gist

Withings devices (Body+ scale, Steel HR, ScanWatch, etc.) sync to Apple Health through the Health Mate app.

Connecting to Apple Health

  1. 01Open the Health Mate app.
  2. 02Tap Profile (top left) → Apps.
  3. 03Tap Apple Health → Turn on all categories.
