Sync data between Polar and Gist

Polar can sync to Apple Health from inside the Polar app. Once enabled, Gist will read the synced data automatically — no further setup needed.

Connecting to Apple Health

1. 01Open the Polar app on your iPhone.
2. 02Tap Settings (or the gear icon) → Integrations or Connected Apps.
3. 03Tap Apple Health (or Health) → Connect.
4. 04Enable all the data categories you want shared.
5. 05Open the Gist app and confirm the new data shows up in your metrics.
