Oura

Sync data between Oura and Gist

Connect your Oura Ring to Apple Health via the Oura app. Gist reads from Apple Health, so once Oura is syncing there, your ring data is available automatically.

Connecting to Apple Health

  1. 01Open the Oura app and tap your profile icon (top left).
  2. 02Tap App Integrations → Apple Health.
  3. 03Tap Enable Apple Health.
  4. 04Toggle on all categories you want to share, then tap Allow.
