Get your Oura data into Gist

Connect your Oura Ring to Apple Health from the Oura app. Gist reads Apple Health, so once Oura is writing there, Gist sees your ring data.

Connecting to Apple Health

  1. 01Open the Oura app and tap your profile icon (top left).
  2. 02Tap App Integrations → Apple Health.
  3. 03Tap Enable Apple Health.
  4. 04Toggle on all categories you want to share, then tap Allow.
