Sync data between Fitbit and Gist

Fitbit data syncs to Apple Health via the Fitbit app, where it becomes available to Gist.

Connecting to Apple Health

1. 01Open the Fitbit app and tap the You tab.
2. 02Tap Health Apps & Devices.
3. 03Tap Apple Health → Connect.
4. 04Turn on all the data categories you want shared.
